I have two ideas for supporting windows one involves virtual machines running Linux and TN and having windows handling the wireless details (and bridging over to the VM's network interface)
The other approach involves using cygwin or some other POSIX compatibility layer on windows
this will be tackled some time after I get this project moved off of the OLPC and onto a generic UNIX. (I still plan to support OLPC)
In the mean time you can try the LiveCD instead just burn the image to a CD and run it from the CD without having to install anything on your computer.
